RentOwl is a Software-as-a-Service platform. We provide digital access to software features, dashboards, tenant portals, email tools, reports, and related online services.

Because RentOwl is a digital product, physical shipping is not applicable.

1. No Physical Shipping

RentOwl does not sell or ship physical goods.

There are no physical deliveries, courier charges, packaging fees, shipping tracking numbers, or delivery addresses required for use of RentOwl.

All services are delivered digitally through our website and online platform at:

2. Digital Delivery

After successful account registration or payment confirmation, access to RentOwl is provided digitally through your account dashboard.

Depending on your plan, digital delivery may include access to:

Landlord dashboard
Tenant portal
Property management tools
Tenant management tools
Rent tracking
Payment record management
Receipt generation
Maintenance request management
Reports
Email templates and notifications
Agreement reminders
Support features
Admin or team features, if applicable

3. Account Activation

For free plans, account access is usually activated immediately after registration.

For paid plans, account access or upgraded permissions are usually activated after successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.

In most cases, activation is instant. However, delays may occur due to:

Payment gateway delays
Bank or UPI confirmation delays
Network issues
Fraud checks
Incorrect account details
Technical errors
Manual review, where required

4. Activation Time

In most cases, paid features are activated immediately after payment confirmation.

If your account does not update within 2 hours of a successful payment, please contact us at support@rentowl.in.

Please include:

Registered account email
Payment amount
Payment date
Transaction ID or payment reference
Screenshot or proof of payment, if available

5. Confirmation Email

After successful registration, payment, subscription change, or account activation, RentOwl may send an automated confirmation email to your registered email address.

Email delivery may be affected by:

Incorrect email address
Spam or promotions folder filtering
Email provider delays
Mail server issues
Third-party email delivery failures

If you do not receive a confirmation email, you may still be able to access your account by logging into RentOwl directly.

6. Failed or Pending Payments

If a payment is pending, failed, reversed, disputed, or not confirmed by the payment provider, RentOwl may not activate paid features until confirmation is received.

If payment is deducted from your bank account but not reflected in RentOwl, contact us with your transaction details so we can verify the payment.

7. Geographic Availability

RentOwl is accessible online and may be used from different locations, subject to internet availability, local laws, and service restrictions.

Our service, documentation, billing support, and compliance practices are primarily designed for users in India.

Support response times are generally aligned with Indian Standard Time (IST).

8. Service Access Requirements

To use RentOwl, you need:

A compatible browser or supported device
Internet access
A registered RentOwl account
Valid login credentials
An active plan for paid features

RentOwl is not responsible for access issues caused by your internet provider, device, browser, local network, firewall, or third-party services.

9. Delivery of Updates and Features

As a SaaS platform, RentOwl may deliver software updates, bug fixes, security improvements, and new features automatically.

You do not need to download or physically receive updates. Updates are generally applied to the online platform directly.

Some features may be released gradually or limited to certain plans.

10. No Delivery Charges

Since RentOwl is delivered digitally, no shipping or courier charges apply.

Any fees you pay are for subscription access, software usage, add-ons, taxes, or other digital services, not physical delivery.
