6. Tenant Data
RentOwl allows landlords and property managers to store and manage tenant information.
You agree that:
You have the right to collect, upload, and process tenant data
You will use tenant data only for lawful rental management purposes
You will not misuse tenant contact details or personal information
You will update or delete tenant data when it is no longer required
You are responsible for handling tenant requests or disputes related to data you control
RentOwl provides software tools, but you remain responsible for your relationship with your tenants.
7. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing
Some RentOwl features may require a paid subscription.
By choosing a paid plan, you agree to:
Pay applicable fees on time
Provide accurate billing information
Allow our payment processor to charge applicable fees
Pay taxes, if applicable
Review plan limits before subscribing
Subscription fees may be billed monthly, annually, or according to the selected plan.
Failure to pay may result in account suspension, feature restrictions, or termination.

RentOwl does not independently verify whether rent has actually been paid unless payment processing is explicitly integrated and confirmed through an approved provider.
14. No Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice
RentOwl may help generate records, reminders, summaries, receipts, or reports, but these are for convenience only.
RentOwl does not provide:
Legal advice
Tax advice
Financial advice
Accounting advice
Property dispute resolution
Lease drafting or legal validation
You should consult qualified professionals for legal, tax, accounting, or financial matters.
15. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in RentOwl, including software, code, design, layout, branding, features, workflows, graphics, text, and documentation, belong to RentOwl or its licensors.
You may not use RentOwl’s name, logo, branding, or materials without prior written permission, except where allowed within the platform for normal use.
16. User Content
